Yoga Nidra with Crystal Singing Bowls and Reiki

Have you been struggling with feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Are you wanting to easily bring yourself back to a state of calm when things don’t go as planned? Would you like to deepen your spiritual practice?
Join us for Yoga Nidra combined with the healing energy of Crystal Singing Bowls and Reiki.
Yoga Nidra is a type of meditation, dating back as far as 1000 BC, that allows the body to go into a deep state of relaxation. As you rest, supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you will be immersed in the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls. Ancient civilizations have used music and sound for thousands of years.
Reiki will provide a deepening of your relaxation and healing. Reiki feels like a wonderful glow of sunshine that flows through and around you: easing stress and promoting feelings of peace.

Beginning Animal Communication Workshop

Animal Communication is a heart-to-heart conversation using images, feelings, thoughts, emotions and even words. It can provide insights on your animal’s well-being and behavioral challenges, assist in understanding their feelings and viewpoints, and strengthen your relationship with them.
Everyone is born with intuitive abilities and can talk with animals. Come join this fun, interactive class and find out how easy it is to connect or re-connect.
Class will include: Exercises and tips to quiet the mind to be in a place of receiving, ways to ground yourself before communicating with animals, what Animal Communication is, how Animal Communication works, steps for connecting and communicating with animals and wildlife, ways to know you are connecting, tips for formulating questions, practice time connecting and talking with animals.
Bring a photo of your animal (living or crossed over) to class forpracticing. Pre-registration needed.
FEE: Class Fee: $60 (Bring a friend and attend for $50 each).
