ReikiReiki is a Japanese technique that uses Universal Energy (Chi, Prana) for stress reduction and relaxation that provides healing on all levels and brings the body back into balance. Reiki enhances creativity, reduces physical pain and stress, energizes the body, strengthens the immune system, and provides comfort from emotional challenges and trauma. I once told someone I strive to stay centered. He said, "It's not so much about staying centered but finding your center when it's off." I'm here to assist you in finding your way when you are off. Whether that is stress at work or within relationships, that backache that won't go away, the emotions you are processing, or finding your confidence.
