Usui Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique that uses Universal Energy (Chi, Prana) for stress reduction and relaxation that provides healing on all levels and brings the body back into balance. Reiki enhances creativity, reduces physical pain and stress, energizes the body, strengthens the immune system, and provides comfort from emotional challenges and trauma.

​Practical Reiki/Kundalini Reiki
Practical Reiki provides the same benefits of Reiki and uses Earth energy (grounding) in addition to chi.  Practical Reiki is especially helpful when addressing insecurities, creativity blocks, financial challenges, childhood issues, empowerment, boundaries, and more.
Some of the benefits of Reiki include:

Animal Communication 
​Animal Communication is a heart-to-heart conversation using images, feelings, thoughts, emotions and even words. It can provide you with insights on your animal’s well being, add clarity and understanding to health and behavioral challenges, assist in understanding their feelings and viewpoints, and strengthen your relationship with your animal companions.

Spirit Drawings
Energy is in and around us all of the time.  It’s not always seen, like radio waves, but always present. Our energy can be influenced by a number of factors including emotions, circumstances, genetics, environment, and other people around us. Sometimes energy can become stagnant or lose flow all together.

The drawing usually depicts information similar to what would be received in a traditional reading and provides something to take with you. It is a reflection of the energy patterns within and surrounding you most prevalent at the time. It creates awareness and is a guide for moving the energy again in a positive way and gives a glimpse into your true beauty, nature, and gifts.

Usui Reiki Training Level I
​Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive ancient Japanese technique that reduces stress, provides relaxation, and balances energy supporting healing on all levels.  Find out how simple Reiki is to learn in this fun, interactive, and informative workshop. Reiki is for everyone. After Level I, you are able to do healing for yourself and others. 

Usui Reiki Training Level 2
Level II focuses on emotional and mental healing.  As well as long distance healing. 

Usui Reiki Training Master/Teacher
The attunement process of the Reiki Master/Teacher Class opens you up even wider for more energy to be facilitated.  After class, you are able to do attunements for others and teach if desired.  Being a Reiki Master means you are ready to accept greater responsibility in your life.  You are in the process of "mastering yourself."   The process allows you to deepen your relationship with Reiki. 

Practical Reiki Level 1
Practical Reiki is a user-friendly healing technique which does not require intensive study or the use of a complex format.  It uses both universal energy (chi, prana) and grounding earth energy.  Connecting with and learning Practical Reiki places you on a path of transformation and spiritual growth.  Practical Reiki heals on all levels - spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical.
 Practical Reiki will empower you to heal yourself, help others heal, and open the doors to many new opportunities.  

Practical Reiki Level 2
In level 2, you have access to Earth energy for healings.  In addition, the chakras are discussed more in depth even addressing foods you can eat to assist in balancing the chakras.  
You will receive guidance on discovering which “clairs” you use for increasing awareness of Reiki energy and developing your intuition through fun, interactive exercises. 

​Practical Reiki Master Teacher 
In the Practical Reiki™ Master class, you can take your practice to the next level.  Class curriculum includes: a review of the basics from Practical Reiki™ Level 2,  new healing practices including Location Healing and Causal Healing,  how to attune others, important considerations when practicing Reiki, and what it means to be a Reiki Master.  
 At the end of class, you will receive your Practical Reiki™ Master level attunement, a certificate of completion and practice time conducting Practical Reiki™ Master treatments.

Introduction to Animal Communication
Everyone is born with intuitive abilities and can talk with animals.  Come join this fun, interactive class and find out how easy it is to connect or re-connect.
 In this class, you will be provided and participate in exercises on developing and strengthening your intuition and calming the mind, instruction on connecting with animals, ways to know you are connecting, guidance on forming questions, tips on negotiating behavior, a manual, and practice time for connecting to yours and others animals.

Advanced Animal Communication 
In this class, we will delve more into negotiating behavioral challenges, mirroring, talking with animals that have crossed over, and discussing lost animals.
